A 1988 CUDA graduate who also earned a degree in business administration majoring in marketing from the University of Central Florida. Shawn’s career in sales & marketing has given him experience which he utilizes to help local charities grow. Shawn has served in leadership roles throughout his life including philanthropies as founding Vice Chairman of Kidds aRe First, Chairman of NSB CAPS, and Founding Chairman of CUDAS UnHooked.

Born in Mississippi, raised in Florida, Kaye has been serving as board member of the CUDAS UnHooked program since the beginning. In addition, as a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Smyrna and founded the New Smyrna Beach HOLIDAY CHARITY BALL; she has also served on the Chamber of Commerce, Habitat For Humanity, S. E. Volusia YMCA, American Cancer Society, and Foundation Board for the Florida Hospital.

Originally from Ohio, Jim and Dori have been married for over 40 years and have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. They are excited to watch and support the opportunities present for the students and are committed to the vision of CUDAS Unhooked.

Alumni NSB grad of '99 Nathan came back to his roots to help futures grads as he co-chairs Operations with our Chairman at CUDAS UnHooked! Nathan has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA both from the University of Florida and is a Director at Boston Whaler.

Rev. Rodney Roehner
Fr. Rodney was born and raised in Philadelphia. He became rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in NSB in 2015. He has been involved with Episcopal schools throughout his ministry, where helping youth reach their full potential and know they are loved is of great importance. This same passion drives his interest in Cudas UnHooked.

Dawn is the Student Advocate for the “CUDAS UnHooked” Club at NSBHS. She moved to New Smyrna Beach in 2016 with her family after her husband retired from the military. Dawn has her B.S. in Hospitality Management and Elementary Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She loves making a connection with her students and knowing she can make a difference in someone’s life. Going to the beach is one of her greatest joys, as well as boating, and watching her twin teenage boys play lacrosse.

After graduating from Franklin College with a degree in Elementary Education, Jane I taught 1st grade and 5th grade for several years. To continue her passion for helping others, Jane went on to receive her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University. Jane has held several civic leadership roles, including serving as the Board President for the Habitat for Humanity in Rhode Island. Jane recently retired to New Smyrna Beach and spends her free time taking trips with her grandkids.
